MEET HANS ROSTRUP

Hans Rostrup is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Rostrup. An experienced and engaging Facilitator, Coach and L&D Practitioner, he has worked in consulting for over 35 years, the last 25 of which have been as an independent consultant.

Throughout his career, he has designed, developed and implemented training interventions in Leadership, Management and Personal Development, Team Improvement and Sales. Equally comfortable in front of a large audience as he is when working one to one, he delivers inspirational in person interventions and has a captivating presence when facilitating online.

A Unique Approach - "So What"

Hans' approach is to understand, in detail, the context and needs of his clients and then leverage that knowledge to make every intervention personalised for both the organisation and the individual. His 'so what' mindset ensures that there's always a focus on the practical application of concepts, theories and frameworks. He challenges people and encourages them to push the limits of their capability and confidence.

A Trusted Reputation

After his early training with Price Waterhouse (now PwC), he moved into Organisational Development. Initially delivering public programmes and in-company initiatives, he then channelled his energy into building sustained relationships with global organisations, such as Google, Farfetch, BT and CHUBB, who see him as an extension to their own teams.

Over the years, Hans has built a team of trusted partners that come together for larger projects. Sharing the same passion for bringing out the best in people, they have collaborated on many assignments and continue to relish the challenge of meeting every requirement.
