Hans Rostrup

Hans is the founder and lead Consultant at Rostrup. He is an experienced Facilitator, Speaker, Coach and Learning and Development Practitioner with over 35 years of consulting experience and who has operated as an independent for more than 25 years.

Throughout his career he has designed, developed and implemented training interventions in Management and Leadership Development, Personal Development and Sales.

He is just as comfortable in front of large audiences as he is when working one to one. Highly experienced in delivering the most inspirational ‘in person’ interventions he has an equally engaging presence when facilitating on-line events.

His early training was with Price Waterhouse before he moved into Organisational Development. Initially delivering public programmes and
in-company initiatives, he channelled all of his energy into building lasting relationships with key organisations.

Hans’ approach is to understand, in detail, the context and needs of his clients and then leverage that knowledge to make every intervention personalised for both the organisation and the individual. That has resulted in Hans working with some of the largest global organisations for many years as they see him as an extension to their teams. These oganisations in Google, Chubb, Cisco, BP, Shell and BT.

Over the years, Hans has built up a team of trusted colleagues who come together for larger projects. Sharing the same passion for bringing out the best in people, they have collaborated on many assignments and continue to relish the challenge of meeting every requirement.

Hans is based in Worcestershire, where he lives with Sally. His three children still give him sleepless nights even though they fled the nest years ago. He’s passionate about sports, particularly cricket and rugby which he has played and coached for many years. He has travelled extensively, both for work and leisure and is extremely proud of his Norwegian heritage.
