Half Day Training Programme

The Half Day Programme puts less emphasis on personal diagnostics and more focus on new ways of thinking about the situations which Participants face. Activities in each of the topic areas replicate those situations so that they enjoy real added-value from developing strategies that can be taken away and applied to their own challenging situations.

  • Managing the signals you send through body language.
  • Privacy; empathy; respect; neutrality; focus on thoughts not feelings; set boundaries.
  • Unpredictable situations.

Choosing your approach 

  • Levels of listening
  • Showing curiosity to build connections
  • Your choices: Competition, Accommodating, Collaboration, Avoidance, Compromise
  • Structuring challenging conversations

Asserting yourself

  • Defining what’s acceptable and what isn’t for you and others.
  • Bringing others into the situation.
  • A spectrum of responses: distance; boundaries; always disengage emotionally.
